Students Proud of New Library
With the help of Target and Heart of America Foundation, the Marmaduke Elementary library is now updated with new carpet, new paint, and even two thousand new books. Cynthia Braham likes the way the library now looks. “I think it is a lot more interesting,” she said. Fifth grader Jade Conway said, “I love the library and especially the beanbag chairs.”
“I love the space where you can sit on the beanbags and read,” Cynthia Braham added,
Sixth grader Andrew Church said, “I think now that we have a good library kids would want to go to and read. I love the bookshelves. I think now that we have new bookshelves that it would be easier for kindergarteners to get a book.”
