Red Ribbon Week

Marty Breeze visited Marmaduke High School this past week, to speak for red ribbon week. He put on a show, playing electric guitar and talking to students about drugs. He really got the crowd involved when he started playing Sweet Home Alabama and Free Bird.
“It wasn’t really my style of music, but it was still good. His story was really good,” said sophomore Hope Richey.
“He was a beast in everything he did,” said Jeremy Clark.
“We would love to have him back again. Everyone loved having him, and we’ll probably ask him back again,” said Mrs. Massey, HAD sponsor.
“Marty Breeze was fan-tastic!! When he played that first song, I knew he played like a god. My favorite part was when he played the guitar behind his back and head,” said Jacob Pogue.
The performance was an overall success, and we hope to have him back again.
