Junior Beta to ASU

Junior Beta took a trip to the ASU museum where students visited the new exhibit that demonstrates pioneer life. Junior Beta president Kelsey Campbell said, “It was really interesting to see how they [pioneers] lived back before we had modern technology.” While visiting the exhibit, the group took part in an expedition. “We were split into families and got to do activities that the pioneers would do,” said Ali Hoffman of the Beta group. “My ‘family’ and I were given clothes that were wore during that time and had to cross a river. It was fun and I’d like to visit it again,” Kelley Lewis commented.
Dakota Matheny, a member of Junior Beta, commented on another exhibit. “The military exhibit was my favorite because it had all of these uniforms and pictures from wars that happened in the past, from both sides.” After the tour of the museum, the group of twenty-six went to Bonanza where the Junior Beta club paid for the meal and then the group returned to Marmaduke.
